In 2007, a guest came to me and asked where she could use the internet and have a great cup of coffee and some Vermont Fresh Food. I was flabbergasted that I could not think of a single place in our small town of Woodstock or even our neighboring towns. I set out to purchase books and ideas on opening a cafe and coffeehouse. Thanks to one of our guests for giving me an idea to purchase a local 39 year old Diner that came up for sale in June 2008. At last I could satisfy my dream and my guests dreams all at the same time. Opening in February 2009 I have maintained 85% Vermont Fresh Foods, buying Vermont Coffee and as much local produce as I can. The Cafe bakes all home made breads, muffins, pastries, biscotti, bagels, english muffins....you get the idea.....no preservatives....Just good healthy homemade ingredients....the best for my community and my guests.
